In the process of debugging the car, we may encounter some problems, such as setting the wheel speed in the same program, but the two wheels are in different speeds in the actual operation, there may be situations such as tire A faster than tire B, tire B faster than tire A, or one tire turn another does not.

The reason for this problem is that the gear friction of the gear motor is different, resulting in the differnent speeds of motor A and B.
Let’s take a look at the interior of the gearbox

Two cases will cause the friction of the reduction gear to increase.
1. One of the two screws in the figure is too tight.
Solution:  relax the two screws appropriately .

2. the following two screws(M3*30 Screw or M3 Nut) too tight will lead to the friction of the reduction gear increases.

Solution:  relax the two screws appropriately.
