Remote control power problem

After the remote control has been loaded with two 18650 batteries, the power is turned on and the power indicator on the NANO board does not light up.
1:The battery compartment cable is not in contact with the remote control.

2: Check whether the 18650 battery is installed correctly and 18650 battery pole is fully in contact with the metal part of the battery box.
