Smart car won’t follow light

Hello everybody does any body has a clue why my smart car instead of following the light goes away? I executed the photosensitive code using Arduino one but for some reason that car goes away instead of following

You can try replacing "Line_Tracking_Car.ino" with the attachment. The attachment name needs to be modified according to the folder name.
