Adeept - Picar-B Mars Rover - Cannot see car on network

I cannot find the Rover on my network.

Format the SD Card with Raspberry Pi Imager ( Raspberry Pi OS 32 bit)
Create the win_supplicant.conf and ssh files and save those to the SD Card.

Switch on, Pi 3 lights up......

Cannot see any Raspberry Pi on the network when I scan for it.

When I check the SD Card again, the Win_supplicant file and SSH file are not on the SD Card

Sorted it - I had to type ifconfig wlan0 up
