Motors on the B side not working

Hi all, anyone have an issue with the motor B plug before? If I swap the motor plugs, I can confirm all the motors work on A side.

All/any motor conneted to the B plug will not respond to any movement command, but the motors plugged into the A plug will respond to movement commands.
