RASPTANK connection lost

Hello, i bought a RaspTank 2 ADR013 model, when i launch the webServer.py and connect to the webpage, it opens the controling page but i can't control the robot, there is connection with the raspberry because the camera works fine, did someone have the same problem? how can i solve it?

I have the same issue here, and when I launch webServer.py I get a loop on "no running event loop with my IP address".
Can someone help ?

I am having this same issue. I even tried the older version Rasp Pi image that is hosted on this site but it has even more issues. I tracked the issue to the web socket not responding to the web page in Java Script. ws://<IP ADDRESS>:8888 is not able to be reached. I am troubleshooting this but could use some help from the developers.
